• New features asked for and now available
  You can now maintain as many as 50 different shipping addresses in your personal account. This makes shopping with JerkyNet easier than ever. During checkout, simply pick the address you have saved for shipping, and your done.
  Order status updates now include trackable links for your shipments. In the past when your order shipped, you would recieve an email indicating the shipment, along with a tracking ID number. Now, you still get the email status updates, but that email will have a clickable link to take you to your account area, where your tracking number/s will be listed. They are all hot links that with a click will give you status on your shipment.
• Testimonial system
  This one has been far more popular than we anticipated. Now you can tell the rest of the world about your JerkyNet experience, be it regarding our products, or our service. These testimonials are completely annonymous, only asking you for your first name, and city. The testimonials currently appear on the right side of any page on the site, and are randomly displayed. For a full list of the testimonials, there is a link at the bottom to “view all testimonials”.

  We are amazed at how popular this option has been. During the holidays we found folks sending gift certificates to loved ones for those “last minute” gift ideas. The gift certificate is easier than you may think. You simply choose whatever amount of gift certificates you want, checkout, and then the amount of gift certificates you purchased will appear in your gift certficate account. From there you can send any denomination you like to whomever you like, via email. Simply select “send a gift certificate”, the system will ask for an email address, and amount, once this is confirmed, an email is sent to your recipient with a system generated redemption code. Your recipient simply goes to www.jerkynet.com and picks whatever products they want, checkout, and during checkout enter either the redemption code or if already redeemed, an amount of gift certificate to apply to thier order. This option has been very popular with our troops overseas as well!
• Shipping and orders handling system
  We have put much effort into automating this part of our site. We are continually improving this part of our system, to continue to insure your order is moving as soon as you place it! When you place an order, in the background a packing slip is being printed, and shipping label prepared. This means you may see a tracking number appear in your account shortly after you place your order. This tracking number will show (if tracked) “the USPS was electronically notified of shipment”. This is not an indication that your package is on the road and moving. Once the carrier picks up the shipping, your tracking will tell you your package was picked up. At this point, your jerky is 2 days away from your doorstep!
