Q.Why are these pieces rather than full size sticks?
A. Most folks see the cut sticks, and worry these are "left overs" or seconds. Actually, quite to the contrary, these sticks are by design, cut into short bitze size pieces. The thought behind this is, make a package size that is more a consumer size (personal size) and make the product easy to snack on. The more traditional 9 inch or 13 inch sticks, for some are cumbersome, and sometimes aren't able to be finished before putting them down. Not the case with these little guys! You will have to take our word for it, but these are NOT SECONDS in any way! This is NUMBER ONE PRODUCT.......

Q.Who is Taylor Farms? I have never heard of them?
A. If you are asking this question, you are probably a teenager, or "twenty something". Taylor Farms was founded by Dave Taylor in 1979. Our products rose to the imfamous national top 4 in less than short years. We were bought out in 1999, and subsequently they were bought a couple years later. The Taylor line was killed at that time (typical of big companies to just buy the competition and shut them down. Dave just recently declining available *quality* products to bring his Taylor products back, starting with our most popular All Beef Beef Stick.

Q.Why are the Taylor packages small, snack size?
A. Taylor learned very early on, if you offer the cosnumer a package that once opened, is easily consumed in an evening, or a lunch break, the consumer will *always* be experiencing that total freshness, just out of the smokehouse flavor. Over the last 10yrs, some have gone to the impressive pounder size packages, but we beleive the freshness starts to naturally drop off as soon as the bag is opened. Taylor Farms is pasionate about Quality Control consistency in our line. For this reason, we will always pack in a consumer size package.

Q.What is the shelf life on the Taylor products?
A. All Taylor produdcts are open "Best by Dated" 12-18 months from the date you receive the product. Also note, this is a shelf stable at room tempurature, and requires NO REFRIGERATION.
