OK, so you like beef jerky, but have just a little bit of a sweet tooth? If that is the case, this brown sugar blend is perfect for you! Even traditional "rough tough" jerky enthusiasts will like this one as well. This is one of my personal favorites. It is very similar to our old Sweet N’ Spicy that we made at Taylor Farms. Think of this one as a sweet and spicy blend, but the sweet is just a hint of brown sugar flavor. Trust me, the boys won’t think you have gone soft for liking this one........in fact you will have to hide it from them!

Q.
Do you offer smaller packages than the 3/4 pounders?
A.
At this time, the only World Kitchens Jerky stocked is the 3/4 pound package. If you are looking for smaller package sizes, take a look at the Taylor Farms product also found here at JerkyNet
Q. What is the difference between Natural Style Beef Jerky and
chopped and formed?
A. Natural means this product is made from slices of lean meat, typically cut with the grain, or on a slight bias.
Chopped and formed is made like sausage ie; ground or chopped meat, mixed in a blender, then extruded into typically flat strips. Both are then cooked
and smoked. If you were to try a natural jerky and a chopped and formed jerky, regardless of manufacturer, the avg. consumer would prefer the natural
jerky. It has much better texture, bite, and mouthfeel.
Q. I noticed all your listings include both the
nutritional statement, as well as ingredient statements, Thank You!!
A. Yes, with so many folks today either on a special diet, or have a
medical condition, we feel it is important you know exactly what you are buying, and what is in it. Please remember if you have a special dietary need,
just because this is lean meat, it may not meet the requirements of your diet, be sure to check the nutritionals for details.
Q. I have never heard of JerkyNet, World Kitchens, or Taylor Farms?
A. We
realize the name is new to a lot of folks, we are trying hard to fix that! Take a look at our testimonials section to get a feel for what others are saying. We have quite a collection of great stories there,
all user submitted!
Q. How long can I expect this product to last?
A. The unopened package will remain fresh as the day it was produced through the sell by date, which is open dated on all products. With as
fresh as the product is when we pickup, you will notice the sell by date a good year in the future. Once the package is opened (if you don't eat it all
at one sitting), leave the oxygen eater (the blue/white paper pack) in the bag, and reseale the bag. You should notice no degredation in the product
over a few weeks. We have tested this (closed/never opened, as well as opened bags) and are more than pleased with the quality on both over several
months.
Q. I resealed the bag like you suggested, but left it on
the dashboard of my car in the hot sun. When I returned, it looked like it had rained inside the bag, what is that?
A. This is condensation.
The product was superheated in the sun, and gave off some moisture. This does not harm the product, but we recomend that you open the bag, allow it to
air out, then reseal the bag. This should take (at room temperature) no more than a half hour.
Q. Do you ship to APO military addresses overseas?
A.
Yes, yes and YES! JerkyNet supports our troops! We offer a special military discount to any deployed troops. To qualify for the discount, the order
needs to ship to an APO or FPO address. The discount is applied at checkout. Maybe you don’t know anyone currently serving overseas, but would like to
send some jerky? If this is the case, please visit
www.anysoldier.com to adopt a soldier or platoon. The troops REALLY enjoy getting care packages
of jerky!
